38 yo female referred to Dr Sukkar by several friends. She had previously had saline implants placed with a fill of around 500cc. She did not like the sagging of her breasts and wanted a perkier look. She also did not like the way her breasts fell to the side when she lay down. Dr Sukkar recommended an implant exchange with tightening of the breast pocket as well as a breast lift. He also exchanged her saline implants to a more forgiving silicone implant.
